ALMOND PRETZEL


The bread which one is not like the bread bsanya we enjoy. Almond pretzel is a bread with a texture that is a little harder than the usual bread. Unique shape with a tasty topping of almonds can instantly enjoy making these recipes at home.

Ingredients:
350 grams of cake flour
50 grams of almond powder
1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
50 grams of sugar
225 ml of ice water
2 teaspoons of salt

Dyes:
1,000 ml of water
10 grams of baking soda

1 tablespoon of liquid milk

Ingredients Topping:
25 grams of chopped almonds


How to make:
  1. Mix flour, almond powder, yeast, and sugar. Knead average. Add water and salt. Knead until elastic. Let stand 40 minutes until fluffy.
