STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM CUT





The combination of strawberries, lemon juice and other ingredients produces a tempting dish. Coupled with vanilla wafers as a complement. Curious? The taste is sweet and fresh you must try to make the following recipe.

Bahan-bahan / bumbu-bumbu:
250 grams of strawberries, washed, roughly chopped
150 grams of sweetened condensed milk white
1 teaspoon lemon juice
150 grams of cream powder
300 grams of ice water
4 drops of pink coloring
40 grams of vanilla wafers, chopped to complement


Processing Method:

  1. Beat cream powder and ice water until fluffy. Keep refrigerated 
  2. Stir strawberries, sweetened condensed milk white, and lemon juice. 
  3. Pour the cream whisk. Stir well. Add pink coloring. Stir well. 
  4. Pour in pan 22x22x4 cm dialas aluminum foil. Flatten. 
  5. Sow topped with vanilla wafers. Freeze.
