CUP COKELAT BROWNIE



Cake made of chocolate mixture is perfect served during valentine. Especially if it is presented for your family, must be very happy. Good luck!

Ingredients:
100 grams of margarine
225 grams of cooking chocolate thick, cut into pieces
2 eggs
125 grams of sugar
75 g cake flour
25 grams of cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Material Content:
150 ml of liquid milk
50 grams of sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon vanilla paste

ornament:
200 grams buttercream
green dye
sprinkle star
 

 How to make:
  1. Fill, mix milk, sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Cook, stirring frequently, until bubbling. Add vanilla paste. Stir well. Chill. 
  2. Heat margarine. Turn off heat. Add the chopped chocolate cook thick. Stir until dissolved. Set aside and let it thicken. 
  3. Beat eggs and sugar 2 minutes until smooth.Enter the margarine mixture a little as she whipped average.
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder as she sifted and shaken gently. 
  5. Pour batter in muffin smeared with margarine short widths up to half the height of the mold meet. Spoon the contents. Cover with batter. 
  6. Oven with fire under the temperature of 180 degrees Celsius 25 minutes until cooked.
  7.  Decorate with buttercream and a sprinkle of stars.
