THOUSAND LAYER CAKE


Crepe tiered cake is not new, there are always times when crepe structured like this with a layer of custard filling. Yes, thousand layer cake is not only taste the delicious eaten alone but also eye-catching appearance ...!

Ingredients:

Leather Material:
150 grams of cornstarch
30 grams of cake flour
25 grams of cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
450 ml of liquid milk
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla paste

Filling Ingredients:
150 ml of liquid milk
75 grams of cream cheese, leave at room temperature, soften
75 grams sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2 teaspoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
150 grams of cream powder and 300 ml of ice water, shake it expands
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste

Topping Ingredients:
100 grams blueberry jam
100 grams of fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon of corn starch, dissolved in 2 teaspoons water


How to make:
  1. Skin, mix cornstarch, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Stir well. 
  2. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla paste, and unsalted butter. Stir well. 
  3. Pour a little into the flour mixture. Stir well. Make a thin omelet non-stick pan. Set aside. 
  4. Filling, heat the liquid milk. Enter the cream cheese. Stir to dissolve. Enter sugar. Stir well. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Stir until bubbling. Turn off heat. Add unsalted butter. Stir dissolved. Chill. 
  5. Beat the soft dough filling. Add a little whipped cream. Beat well. Enter the vanilla paste. Stir well. 
  6. Take a piece of leather. Rub with a filling. Repeat until exhausted. 
  7. Topping, stir all ingredients toping. Cook, stirring frequently, until thick. Tata over the cake. Chill.
