PINEAPPLE PIE


Christmas is an important moment to gather with family, especially by providing a variety of foods. Well this dish can be served at your example to your family. Good luck!

Pie Ingredients:
100 Gram Butter Fresh Cold Cut Smal
75 Gram Flour Sugar 
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 
3 Egg Yolk 
160 Gram Flour Protein Medium 
75 Gram Milk Powder 
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder 
1 Spoon Eating Ice Water 

Material Content: 

1 Fruit (450 Gram) Pineapple, Cut Fan 
50 Gram Red Cherries, Cut 4 Section 
50 Gram Cherry Green, Cut 4 Section 
100 Gram Sugar 
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 
2 Cloves Stems 
2 Cm Kayumanis 
Water 1 Teaspoon Lemon Citrus 
1 Teaspoon Orange Lemon Skin
Ingredients spread:
2 Egg Yolk 
Condensed Cream 1 Teaspoon

How to make:

  1. Mix cold unsalted butter, powdered sugar, salt, egg yolks, flour, milk powder, baking powder, and ice water. Knead with your fingertips until blended and can be formed. Let stand 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
