DOBLADITAS


Dobladitas snack is a type of bread that comes from Chile-South America. Dishes with this unique shape you can try at home and served while still warm. You can enjoy it with a smear of butter dobladitas that is more enjoyable.

The ingredients / condiments:
300 grams of high protein flour
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
125 ml of liquid milk
1 teaspoon salt
25 grams of melted butter


How to make
  1. Stir flour, instant ragiu, sugar, and baking powder. 
  2. Pour liquid milk. Knead until smooth. 
  3. Enter the melted butter and salt. Knead until elastic. Let stand 25 minutes. Kempiskan dough. 
  4. Weigh 20 grams of dough. Round. Flatten the dough to form a round. 
  5. Fold dough half circle. Fold in half again so that the shape of a triangle. Plugs-tusk with a fork. Let stand 10 minutes. Put margarine diloyang topical.
For 24 pieces
     Oven with a temperature below 190 degrees Celsius fire 15 minutes until cooked.
