BROWNIES TAPE



Many dish that combines chocolate with cassava. Because the taste of both materials is very compact ii. So no one dika brownies this time using cassava as a mixture. To enhance the flavor and appearance sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Ingredients:
125 grams of margarine
225 grams of cooking chocolate thick, cut into pieces
3 eggs
125 grams of sugar
150 grams of fermented cassava, mashed
50 grams of cake flour
25 grams of cocoa powder
25 grams of milk powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
25 grams of chocolate chips for topping


How to make: 
  1. Heat margarine. Turn off heat. Add the chopped chocolate cook thick. Stir until dissolved. Enter cassava. Stir well. Set aside and let it thicken. 
  2. Beat eggs and sugar 2 minutes until smooth. 
  3. Enter the margarine mixture a little as she whipped average. 
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, and baking powder as she sifted and shaken gently.
  5. Pour in pan 30x10x4 cm dialas smeared margarine and baking paper. Sprinkle chocolate chips. 
  6. Oven with fire under the temperature of 180 degrees Celsius 30 minutes until cooked. Chill.
