CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CAKE LYCHEES




Cake is bread, but this time the cake is made from a mixture of custard and jelly. Taste is certainly different from the usual pudding. Want to know how it feels? You simply try to make it!

Ingredients:
35 grams of cooking oil
25 ml of liquid milk
25 grams of sweetened condensed milk chocolate
50 grams of low protein flour
10 grams of milk powder
15 grams of cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 egg yolks, beaten off
1/2 teaspoon brown paste
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
50 grams of sugar

Lychee Pudding Ingredients:
675 ml milk
1 1/2 packs of gelatin powder
25 grams of sugar
75 ml lychee syrup
4 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt
125 grams of sugar

Jelly Ingredients:

250 ml of water
1/2 teaspoon jelly powder
50 grams of strawberry jam
15 grams of sugar
3 drops of red dye chili


How to make:
  1. Cake, boiled cooking oil and milk until steaming. Turn off heat. Once warm, put sweetened condensed milk chocolate. Stir well.
  2.  Pour mixture into flour cooking oil, milk powder, cocoa powder, sifted danbaking powder while stirring. Add egg yolks and brown pasta. Stir well. Set aside. 
  3. Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar until half fluffy. Enter the sugar a little as she whipped until fluffy. 
  4. Enter the beaten egg whites into the batter, stirring gently. Pour into the baking dish inside diameter 22 cm height 4 cm dialas baking paper but not smeared. 
  5. Oven with fire below 170 degrees Celsius temperature 25 minutes until cooked. 
  6. Enter the cake in pan 22 cm high 7 cm plastic dialas. Set aside. 
  7. Lychee pudding, combine the milk, sugar, and agar-agar powder. Cook, stirring frequently, until boiling. Add lychee syrup. Stir well. 
  8. Beat the egg whites and salt until half fluffy. Enter the sugar a bit. Beat until fluffy. Pour the milk mixture. Perlahan.Tuang whipped up cake. Let the half-frozen.
  9. Strawberry pudding, mix water, strawberry jam, jelly powder, sugar, and chili red dye. Cook over medium heat, stirring until boiling. Pour the pudding into the foam. Chill. Ornamental Program.
