CHEESE FLOURLESS CAKE



As the name implies cheese flourless cake flour is not used in its manufacture. texture of the cake soft, with flavors and aromas of strong cheese is very fitting to be enjoyed with a cup of hot drink.

Ingredients:
8 egg yolks
3 egg whites
75 grams of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
200 grams of cream cheese, mashed
200 grams of white cooking chocolate, melted
100 grams heavy cream
50 grams unsalted butter, cut - cut
50 ml rhum
25 grams grated cheese for topping
2 tablespoons powdered sugar for sprinkling


How to make:

  1. Melt cream cheese over hot water. Enter the white cooking chocolate melt, stirring gently. 
  2. Heat the heavy cream and unsalted butter until melted. Enter into the cream cheese mixture. Stir well. Set aside.
  3.  Beat eggs, sugar, and salt until fluffy.
  4. Enter the cream cheese mixture and rhum. Stir slowly. 
  5. Pour batter in loaf pan 2 pieces of 24x10x7 cm. Sprinkle grated cheese. 
  6. Oven with fire below 190 degrees Celsius temperature 20 minutes until cooked. 
  7. Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
