CREPE


Usually we make pancakes or crepes using wheat flour. But have you ever tried to make this crepe with cornstarch? If not now directly we try ... yuk! How is the taste and texture you can immediately feel.

Ingredients:

Crepe Ingredients:
85 grams of cornstarch
15 grams of cake flour
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
300 ml of liquid milk
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla paste

Material Content (stir Average):
50 grams of cream powder, whipped with 100 ml of ice water
150 grams of fruit cocktail


How to make:
  1. Skin, mix cornstarch, flour, sugar, and salt. Set aside. 
  2. Mix eggs, milk, olive oil, and vanilla paste. Stir well. 
  3. Pour a little into the flour mixture. Stir well. 
  4. Make pancakes in the pan-stick. Set aside. 
  5. Take a piece of crepe. Fill with content material. Fold the rectangle shape.
For 25 pieces
     Serve it cold.
